Identify the purchaser and the receiving site
A Hong Kong purchasing office and a receiving factory may have different names and addresses. Give the purchasing company, invoice details, actual consignee and final delivery location separately. Define a sample approval and repeat-order plan

Ask for confirmation before changing a material, coating, thread or cosmetic requirement. This makes repeat RFQs comparable without assuming that a previous price or production slot remains available.
Confirm packing and delivery requirements
Specify the receiving address, contact, labels, part-number identification and protective packaging needed for the component. Ask the quotation to confirm the currency, delivery term, freight scope and document responsibilities. Collection, consolidated shipment or a requested delivery date must be agreed with Zoe; this page does not promise a local warehouse, same-day delivery or a fixed cross-border transit time.
